Library facilities The museum retains the book and music library of Petr I. Tchaikovsky and his brother, Modest I. Tchaikovsky. The books in Russian and foreign languages (over 2,000 vols.) include ancient classical literature, philosophical works, studies of the history of art, books on history, and psychology, logic, and linguistics, and domestic and foreign journals on art. The music library consists of a basic collection of domestic and foreign composers, and especially piano duet arrangements. There are copies with dedicatory signatures by A.K. Glazunov, E.F. Napravnik, and other cultural leaders. |
