The Main Fond (Osnovnoi fond) of the Summer Palace-Museum and the Little House of Peter I contains engravings and lithographs by Nicholas Larmessin, Adriaan Schoonebeeck, Maurice Baquoi, A.F. Zubov, and other artists (18th–20th cc.) who depicted the times of Peter the Great. The Auxillary Fond (Nauchno-vspomogatel'nyi fond) of the Scientific Division holds manuscript works of museum specialists, as well as a collection of copies and extracts relating to the the museum from files in a number of state archives (18th–20th cc.; ca. 5,000 units). There are also photographs of the sculptures in the Summer Garden and the facades and interiors of the Summer Palace and the Little House of Peter I (20th c.). The Technical Documentation Fond contain estimates, diagrams and technical drawings, architectural measurements, and administrative documents issued by the State Inspectorate for the Preservation of Monuments (1941–1990). |
