However, in connection with the post-1991 transfer of the archive from Tomsk to Vladivostok, part of the holdings are still in a transitory state and cannot readily be made available to researchers. Researchers should make advance inquiries to determine available holdings and request specific materials needed. Working conditions The archive has a reading room only on 16 seats. Researchers may order up to 10 files. Orders are delivered in one or two days. Copy facilities Xerox facilities are available.
