The Documentary fond holds an unique collection of reports, telegrams, and congratulatory messages on Soviet historical memorial dates. There is also a collection of photographic materials on the history of the USSR and a collection of political posters (over 6,000 posters, 1918–1991). History: The Museum of V.I. Lenin (founded in 1924), was abolished as a separate museum in 1993. |
