Requests from foreigners should be from a sponsoring Russian institution. Library facilities The Institute library is considered a branch of INION. Earlier its main library facilities were the extensive reference collections (over 78,000 volumes) open to researchers that were held jointly with the Institutes of Archeology (E–2) and History (E–3), with thorough analytical card catalogues (including articles). That larger library, which is officially considered a branch of INION, remains in the same building where the IEA Scientific Archive is still located (ul. Dmitriia Ul'ianova, 19). |
