Access
For access to the archival materials in the archive and museum, and manuscript materials in the library, both Russian and foreign researchers are required to submit an official letter of request to the director of the Institute, stating the subject and purpose of the proposed research.
Copy facilities
Photographic and xerox copies can be prepared.
