There are also draft plans for the Great Menshikov Palace at Oranienbaum, which was built by E. Preis and Oscar Gustav (O.E.) Paulson during the second half of the nineteenth century. The Graphic Arts Fond contains folders with scaled projections of the palace and park ensemble done by the French topographic engineer Pierre-Antoine de Saint-Hilaire during the last quarter of the eighteenth century and technical drawings made by the architect Antonio Rinaldi in 1772. |
