Covers the literary manuscripts in the Tolstoi Museum arranged in chronological order.

A scholarly description of Tolstoi's manuscript articles on art, literature, science, and pedagogy, including Tolstoi's prefaces and postscripts to works of other writers. In addition to Tolstoi's own works, descriptions are provided for various other manuscript materials that are related to Tolstoi's school and his activities as a teacher.

This two-volume catalogue of Tolstoi's literary manuscripts and letters was prepared when they were still held in the Manuscript Division of the Lenin Library (now RGB—G-1). They were subsequently transferred to the Tolstoi Museum.

This catalogue was prepared when the Tolstoi manuscripts were still held in the State Literary Museum (H–63), but they were subsequently transferred to the Tolstoi Museum.
