The Moscow State Museum of Folk Graphic Arts was established in 1992 on the initiative of folk artist Viktor Petrovich Penzin with the support of the Committee on Culture of the Moscow City Government. Most of the exhibits came from Penzin’s own historical collection. The Museum of Naive Art was established in 2003. |
