There are materials relating to F.E. Dzerzhinskii as first chief of the Cheka and his deputy and later successor under the OGPU (1926–1934), V.R. Menzhinskii. There are collected photocopied documents regarding the organization and development of the Border Guards in the USSR since 1918. There are maps and diagrams of various border posts of the USSR. |
