The series continued as Trudy Akademii khudozhestv SSSR. 5 vols. Irregular. M.: Izobrazitel'noe iskusstvo, 1983–1987.

Individual volumes listed provide an annotated catalogue of early books held by the library (15th–18th cc.). Other volumes in the catalogue series cover more specific types of literature. The fifth volume provides a full bibliography of Academy publications and literature about the history of RAKh (see g–823.3). A prerevolutionary series of catalogues of the library holdings was published in the 1870s and 1880s, but they are not listed here, since many of the library holdings were dispersed after the Revolution, and it has not been possible to coordinate them with present holdings.
