There is no published description of the archival materials held by the Society. The serial includes numerous descriptions of the archival holdings and activities of the Society. For example, issue no. 4/5 (10/11) (1995) includes a description of the Museum of the History of Political Repression, founded under the Society in 1993; the archive of the historian-bibliographer Liudmila Irinarkhovna Polovinkina (1901–1983); and the published collective work Sbornik “Samizdata,” which includes a listing of 68 samizdat and other independent publications from St. Petersburg, copies of many of which are held by the Society.
